"And Susan grew into a tall and gracious woman with black hair that fell almost to her feet and the kings of the countries beyond the sea began sending ambassadors asking for her hand in marriage."
- The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe
When Susan Pevensie was twelve, she and her brothers and sister were sent away from London due to the air-riads of World War II. It was there that they discovered the magical wardrobe that lead them to Narnia.
The following borrowed from
iustus_rex with great appreciation
After defeating Jadis the White Witch, the four Pevensie children were crowned the four Kings and Queens of Narnia, at the castle at Cair Paravel. They ruled during the Golden Age of Narnia; High King Peter the Magnificent, Queen Susan the Gentle, King Edmund the Just, and Queen Lucy the Valiant. But all adventures must come to an end, and theirs did so when they were adults and came upon the wardrobe again in Lantern Waste. They stepped through the door to discover that no time in England had passed, and they were once again their school-aged selves.
Susan never got over this. In her desire to reclaim the adult existence she had once enjoyed as Queen of Narnia, she became less interested in Narnia, declaring the memories to be the workings of childhood imagination. She became more interested in "boys, nylons, and lipstick".
She was not with her family on the rail trip in which they all died, but she was the only one left able to claim their bodies.
She arrives at Milliways a couple of months following the deaths of her family in 1949. She is 21 years, a fashion model before there were fashion models. Her hair is black and her eyes are green. She is always impeccably dressed and maintains herself in a poised way.
In Narnia, Susan was soft-spoken, well loved, and happy. She was also more interested in the worldly pleasures than her brothers and sister, but she knows the dark side of those pleasures. Upon returning to England from Narnia, she receded into a superficial state. She loves her siblings, but she has always felt different from them. She never wanted to ride past the lamp-post in the first place, but was talked into doing so by the others. She's never forgiven them for that. When they all died, she felt further betrayal over being left truly alone.
However, once they were all gone she realized how terribly she'd missed them.
Character respectfully borrowed from the CS Lewis estate, with a nod to Neil Gaiman's "The Problem of Susan", and played by
vivien529. She appears here solely for the purpose of role-playing in , from which no profit whatsoever is being made.
